These dragons are inspired by Chinese and Japanese dragons, with their manes, long whiskers and scaled backs.
They feature my first use of 3D printed resin scales, which are set on polymesh fabric and backed with fleece. The rest of their bodies are soft shannon minky and faux fur. Their eyes are my original embroidery design.
The printed scales have the most satisfying texture and sound when petted, and each dragon is also weighted with steel bbs and polypellets.
